>HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
outdoor Rewards members earn 1 point for every dollar they spend in outdoor DIVAS stores or online at outdoorDIVAS.com. Occasionally, members may be able to earn extra points by taking advantage of promotions on certain products, attending in-store events, volunteering in our community, giving us useful feedback, or simply just making us laugh.
>HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET?
Members get 1 point for ever $1 spent. Sorry, our computer is not very good with fractions, so you will need to spend a full dollar to receive a full point.
>DO I RECEIVE POINTS ON ALL PURCHASES AT outdoor DIVAS OR outdoorDIVAS.COM?
Yep. If you buy it and get an outdoorDIVAS receipt for it, you earn points on it. Each purchase receives points, no exceptions, no excuses, no fine print. Sale items, classes, ski tunes, you name it -- everything counts.
>WHAT ARE THESE POINTS WORTH ANYWAY?
200 Points are worth 20 DIVA DOLLARS which are distributed as promotional gift cards, in $20 increments (*point value earnings are subject to change annually)
>WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
If you earn points on a purchase and then need to return it, the points earned will be removed from your account. Seems fair, right!?
>HOW AND WHEN DO I GET MY DIVA DOLLARS?
At the end of each month, we will convert point balances to Diva Dollars and issue promotional cards. These promotional cards will be mailed by the 15th of the following month.
>CAN I REDEEM DIVA DOLLARS ONLINE?
Absolutely. Each Diva Dollars promotional card will have a unique promotional code on it. Simply enter that code in the promotional code box at check-out and your Diva Dollars value will be deducted from your purchase total. (At this time software limitations are preventing us from honoring more than one promotional card per online transaction. If you have been issued more than one card and wish to use them together, please visit our Vail CO, store, or call 1-866-449-3482 and let us process your transaction over the phone.)
>CAN I USE DIVA DOLLARS AT ANY OTHER STORES?
It never hurts to try, but we only intend Diva Dollars to be redeemed at outdoorDIVAS stores or online at outdoorDIVAS.com.
>ARE MY DIVA DOLLARS GOOD ON EVERYTHING?
Almost everything... Diva Dollars can not be applied to tax, shipping and the purchase of prepaid gift cards.
>DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Any points not converted to a $20 Diva Dollar card at the end the month will remain on your account. Additional points earned for future purchases will be added to this total until the 200 point level is reached and a new $20 Diva Dollar card is issued. If your account has no transaction history for five (5) or more years it may be deleted along with your point balance.
>IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THE DIVA DOLLARS AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE MY DIVA DOLLARS?
Each DIVA DOLLARS promotional card is good for 60 days from the date of issue. If outdoor DIVAS physical location anticipates being closed for an extended period (7 or more days in a row) the expiration date of DIVA DOLLARS impacted by this closure will be extended to reflect the duration of the closure. The date will be printed on the back of the card. USE IT OR LOSE IT! Once they are deleted from our system they are gone for good.
