Hydration

There's nothing worse than being dehydrated. SO make sure to always take your water with you when you're on the go.  You may want an insulated stainless steel water bottle from Hydroflask, or a reservoir with a hose from Deuter.  But either way, to keep healthy and hydrated bring something along.  Dehydration can hit at any time, but some of the traditional triggers can be vigorous exercise, high elevation, not drinking enough water and hot weather.  So symptoms you might experience are dizziness, dry mouth, increased thirst, being tired, headache or dry skin.  If you carry a water source with you, it's so much easier to drink water and stay hydrated, so why wouldn't you bring it along.  While the health benefits to staying hydrated are obvious, they may not be as obvious are the environmental benefits.  By carrying your own hydration source, you are saving the earth one plastic water bottle at a time. Ultimately, there is no reason not to keep yourself and the earth healthy.  And when it's as easy as always having your water bottle with you, there's not reason not to do it. Np matter what you're doing, or where you're going, pack your water.  Your body and mother earth will thank you.
